About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead our Performance Management System and oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit. The role focuses on enhancing employee experience while ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and drive the Performance Management System (goal setting, reviews, appraisals, feedback tracking).
- Handle end‑to‑end onboarding, including documentation, induction, and integration.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
- Coordinate the exit process: resignation handling, exit interviews, clearance, and final settlement.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience with strong exposure to PMS, onboarding, exit processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Hands‑on experience in onboarding, engagement, and exit formalities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HRMS tools such as Zoho People and SAP HR.
- Knowledge of performance management processes.
