About the role
Persistent is seeking an ambitious, self‑driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and expand its recruiting function in Pune. You will design and execute a high‑impact talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the TA team, set clear goals, and mentor members to achieve hiring targets.
- Develop and implement recruiting plans aligned with business unit needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles.
- Drive bulk hiring initiatives and leverage social media, webinars, and hiring challenges.
- Oversee employer branding activities and global hiring efforts.
- Monitor candidate experience and recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, quality of hire, and source‑of‑hire.
Required profile
- 16‑18 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in IT services.
- Proven experience managing a team of 20‑30 recruiters.
- Demonstrated success in bulk hiring and using innovative sourcing channels.
- Strong ability to unblock team challenges and drive results.
- Experience with global hiring processes is a plus.
