HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner will own the full employee lifecycle for PUMA's Global Capability Centre in India, delivering an exceptional experience from recruitment through onboarding and beyond. You will work closely with business leaders to shape workforce plans, hiring strategies, learning initiatives, and employee engagement programs that align with PUMA’s values and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle for the GCC, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Lead talent acquisition across functions, using innovative sourcing and strong stakeholder collaboration.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, hiring strategy, learning needs, and people initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding and integration of new hires.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling.
• Maintain HR operations, employee data, HRIS updates, and accurate reporting.
• Support learning and development programs across teams.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Admin and global teams to support GCC growth.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture‑building activities.

Required profile

• MBA or PGDM specializing in Human Resources.
• 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in GCCs, retail, technology or fast‑growth environments.
• Proven talent acquisition and business partnering expertise.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee engagement and stakeholder management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Ownership mindset, ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• High attention to detail and passion for building high‑performance teams.
