About the role
The Guest Service Agent – Food & Beverage (GSA‑F&B) is the first point of contact for guests at Grand Mercure Bangalore. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist guests with menu information, and ensure a seamless dining experience throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a professional, friendly greeting and engage with guests from arrival.
- Assist guests with food and beverage menu items, offering clear and helpful information.
- Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards consistently.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food and beverages.
- Deliver F&B services in line with departmental standards and procedures.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
- Strong reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
- Ability to speak additional languages and basic understanding of local languages is an advantage.
