About the role
The Guest Relations Executive is the first point of contact for guests at Marriott's Hospitality District in New Delhi. You will manage check‑ins, verify guest information, handle payments, and ensure a seamless stay experience.
Key responsibilities
- Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity, payment method, assign rooms and issue keys.
- Enter Marriott Rewards data, ensure rates match market codes and document exceptions.
- Handle all payment types, vouchers, paid‑outs and balance receipts at shift start and end.
- Compile daily reports, cashier and closing logs, and maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Provide guests with property information, directions and respond to service requests by coordinating with appropriate staff.
- Notify loss prevention/security of any theft reports and follow accounting procedures for manual authorizations.
- Support management in training, evaluating and coaching team members while upholding company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related hospitality experience.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Professional appearance, strong communication skills and ability to work extended periods standing or walking.
- Capability to lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
