About the role
Join Radisson Hotel Group as a Guest Relations Host and become the friendly face that guides guests through every step of their stay. Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out processes, and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest requests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to support smooth operations and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, from greeting guests to serving beverages when needed.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the "Yes I Can!" service ethos.
Required profile
- Excellent team player with strong communication abilities.
- Positive, upbeat attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Patience, empathy, and a natural smile that reflects the brand’s hospitality spirit.
Required skills
- Experience with the Opera Property Management System (advantageous).
