Cook – Full‑time Kitchen Position

About the role

The Cook role at Digitalkazim is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Delhi, India. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to established recipes, ensuring taste, quality and attractive presentation. The role supports the kitchen team in delivering consistent, high‑quality meals to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, portion them, and cook dishes using grilling, frying, baking and other techniques.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and storage areas.
• Follow food‑safety guidelines, manage inventory of ingredients and assist with menu planning.
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely meal service and minimize waste.
• Maintain consistency in food quality and support a smooth, efficient kitchen operation.

Required profile

• Strong skills in basic and advanced cooking techniques, including grilling, frying and baking.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards and proper handling, storage and labeling of ingredients.
• Experience working in a commercial or professional kitchen environment.
• Good time‑management, organization and ability to multitask during busy periods.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment safely.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
