Global Designer – Hydronic HVAC Engineer

About the role

Danfoss is expanding its Global Design Support Center in India. As a Global Designer you will support hydronic HVAC projects across the APAC and TMA regions, delivering design recommendations, energy analyses and optimized Danfoss product selections.

Key responsibilities

• Design hydronic heating and cooling systems based on project specifications.
• Perform energy‑saving calculations and system performance analyses.
• Provide design support to designers, consultants, contractors and installers.
• Select and size Danfoss valves, actuators and controllers for each project.
• Prepare technical documentation, calculations and hand‑over reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or a related discipline.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in HVAC or hydronic system design.
• Solid understanding of chilled‑water cooling and hot‑water heating systems, sizing and balancing.
• Experience supporting sales teams, consultants or contractors is a plus.
