General Manager - TCT & Employee Relations

About the role

The General Manager – TCT & Employee Relations leads the Centre of Expertise for Employee Relations, Blue‑Collar Workforce Strategy and Technical Capability Development across Bosch India. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape policy frameworks, industrial‑relations strategy and skill‑development architecture to support the company’s growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement policy frameworks and industrial‑relations strategies for Bosch India (excluding specific business units).
• Design and roll out workforce capability models, apprenticeship programmes (e.g., NAPS/NATS) and training schemes aligned with national initiatives.
• Support HR Leaders, HR Business Partners and plant teams in executing ER governance and capability‑building initiatives.
• Drive blue‑collar workforce strategy to improve cost competitiveness and enable new product introductions.
• Monitor and adapt labour models to meet evolving business requirements.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate qualification in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience in employee relations, industrial relations and workforce strategy, preferably in a large manufacturing or technology environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams.
