IT Recruiter – Remote (India)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our technology talent pool. Based in India, you will work remotely, engaging candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process that aligns with our global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates' online profiles to evaluate overall fit.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Conduct interviews to verify qualifications, experience, interests, and logical reasoning.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment process and maintain accurate records in the ATS.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience handling full‑cycle recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Mandatory experience recruiting for IT roles.
• Resident of India with advanced English proficiency.
