Senior Associate – Talent Attraction & Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to act as a Recruitment Partner for EY GDS India, driving talent attraction and acquisition across all service lines. You will collaborate with business leaders, develop data‑driven hiring strategies, and lead employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast hiring needs and design proactive sourcing strategies to meet business requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver high‑quality talent within defined turnaround times.
• Lead large‑scale hiring projects, ensuring offers are negotiated, rolled out, and accepted efficiently.
• Track and analyze hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute programs in employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and recruitment automation.
• Maintain compliance with risk and governance guidelines throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• 8+ years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in professional services.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and build strong business relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication, influencing, and active listening skills.
• Commercial awareness with the capability to translate data insights into actionable plans.
• Experience handling large‑volume hiring and cross‑functional talent needs.
