Funnel Automation Specialist – Immediate Joiner

About the role

We are seeking a Funnel Automation Specialist to design, build and optimise high‑converting sales and marketing funnels across platforms such as Systeme.io, GoHighLevel and Graphy. The role covers the full funnel lifecycle from strategy and setup through automation, testing and performance optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and construct complete sales funnels, including landing, opt‑in, sales, upsell/down‑sell and thank‑you pages.
• Set up automated email sequences, SMS follow‑ups, workflows and pipelines in GoHighLevel and other CRM tools.
• Implement lead tagging, segmentation and nurturing flows to drive conversions.
• Run A/B tests on pages, headlines and CTAs, analysing data to improve opt‑in rates, CTR and revenue.
• Integrate payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay) and connect marketing apps (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, webinars) using Zapier or native integrations.
• Build course launch and membership funnels on Graphy or similar LMS platforms, designing onboarding and retention journeys.
• Maintain SOPs, produce weekly performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience building funnels on GoHighLevel, Systeme.io or Graphy (preferred).
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, marketing psychology and data‑driven optimisation.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver quickly.
