Social Media Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive with 6‑12 months of experience to manage our daily social media activities, create engaging content, and track performance across platforms. This role will help build our brand’s online presence and drive audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, curate and schedule engaging posts, stories, Reels and videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand‑consistent tone and style.
• Track, analyse and report key metrics, delivering weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor social media trends, algorithm updates and platform features, recommending innovative ideas and tools.
• Support the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant publishing.
• Work with other departments to secure assets for upcoming campaigns.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• 6‑12 months of experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of major platforms such as Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strategic thinking ability.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
