About the role

The Bynder Administrator will oversee the Bynder digital asset management platform, ensuring smooth operation, optimal performance, and effective asset organization across marketing and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer the Bynder platform, configuring settings, user permissions, and workflows.
• Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to support the digital asset lifecycle and streamline content workflows.
• Support data migration, system integrations, and enforce security protocols.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and deliver training and support to end‑users.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement updates and enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering Bynder or similar digital asset management solutions.
• Strong understanding of digital asset workflows and content management systems.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
