Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Spanish Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Project Manager (Spanish & English) to lead full‑service, sample‑only, ad‑hoc and tracking projects within a fast‑paced market‑research environment. The role involves coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, coordinate, and monitor new and ongoing projects.
• Define client expectations and delivery timelines.
• Communicate project requirements clearly to internal departments (sample fulfillment, bid consulting, sales) and external vendors/publishers.
• Manage cost confirmation, invoicing, and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure timely delivery across all project phases and maintain strong client relationships.
• Perform customer‑relationship management and support sales teams.
• Participate in training for leadership development.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree in any discipline.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and understanding of market‑research processes.
• Effective problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑energy, fast‑growth, entrepreneurial environment.
• Self‑directed, disciplined, and comfortable working night shifts.
