Full‑time Recruiter (On‑site, Surat)

About the role

British Jewel is seeking a full‑time Recruiter to work on‑site at its Surat location. The recruiter will lead talent acquisition efforts to support the company’s growing manufacturing and design operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post job advertisements across relevant channels.
• Review resumes, conduct structured interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking records.
• Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Provide a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities to engage candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and understand organizational hiring goals.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or jewelry sectors is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools.
