Technical Recruiter – IT Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter with 2‑6 years of experience in IT talent acquisition. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring technology professionals for a variety of domains, ensuring a strong pipeline and positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases, and social media.
• Perform advanced Boolean and X‑Ray searches to locate niche talent.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring metrics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
