Job description

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications. The role spans full‑stack development, API‑driven architecture, cloud delivery, and automation, ensuring reliable, secure, and high‑performing solutions.

Key responsibilities

Contribute to end‑to‑end solution design and implementation across frontend and backend.
Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
Collaborate with UX/design, product owners, architects, QA, and other stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline setup, and DevOps practices.
Integrate observability tools and ensure performance, accessibility, and security standards.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of professional engineering experience.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience working across multiple teams and aligning stakeholders.
Familiarity with US insurance domain is a plus.

Java (Spring Boot preferred)
React JS, Next JS
Server‑side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG)
Design and build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices
AI‑assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT)
Web performance optimization, accessibility, responsive design
Design patterns (MVC, MVVM, layered, event‑driven)
Authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT, SSO)
AWS cloud services
Docker, Kubernetes
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Observability tools (AppDynamics, Splunk)
SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
Git version control
