FP&A Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

The FP&A Manager will partner closely with the Sector HQ FP&A team to drive cost management, forecasting, and reporting across the organization. This role is responsible for delivering accurate financial insights, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with planning processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HQ cost management, flash, actuals review, and monthly forecast processes.
• Manage NOPBT, CoC, Task & Reserve, OCF, and Opex submissions.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end Annual Operating Plan (AOP) cycles, including prelim, Phase 1 and Phase 2 submissions.
• Oversee cost allocation, AMESA‑APAC cost‑sharing, cross‑charge activities and zero‑out compliance.
• Partner with Finance, Business Units and leadership to provide actionable financial insights.
• Prepare and present leadership reports such as FLT, POR, Forecast Review, RF reports and CEO communications.
• Lead HFM and Cockpit governance, template ownership and support HFM Cloud migration.
• Drive automation, standardisation and simplification of planning and reporting processes.

Required profile

• 7‑9 years of finance and planning experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, business administration, economics or related field; professional finance qualifications (CA, ICWAI, MBA, CPA) are a plus.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of cost drivers and financial performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
