About the role
The Executive Housekeeper leads all housekeeping operations at Hyatt Centric Bengaluru Airport, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house zones. Reporting to senior hotel management, the role is pivotal in delivering exceptional guest experiences that reflect Hyatt’s Purpose of Care.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day housekeeping activities, guaranteeing compliance with Hyatt brand and service standards.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, room readiness and presentation for all guests, including VIP and special‑request rooms.
- Lead, train and develop the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of care, teamwork and accountability.
- Manage departmental budgets, inventories, vendor relationships and cost‑control initiatives.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, statutory and company policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality (preferred).
- 8–12 years of housekeeping experience in a branded hotel environment.
- At least 3–5 years in a leadership role overseeing large teams.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, guest service standards and people management.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs and deliver consistent service excellence.
