About the role
The Front Desk Executive leads the front desk team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service to Hilton guests. This position ensures smooth operations during the assigned shift and upholds Hilton’s commitment to delighting guests, team members, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise Front Desk staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Communicate clear directions verbally and in writing.
- Resolve guest concerns, emergencies, and operational challenges using discretion and judgment.
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Maintain regular attendance and work varying schedules as required by hotel demand.
- Lead training sessions, on‑the‑job coaching, and mentorship for team development.
- Enforce discipline in line with the team member handbook, local labor law, and HR guidelines.
- Contribute ideas for service improvements and operational efficiency.
