About the role
We are looking for a highly organised Executive Assistant to join Pangea Travel’s Mumbai office. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the leadership team, ensuring that decisions, conversations and plans are executed efficiently in a fast‑moving, high‑standards environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate day‑to‑day activities for senior leaders.
- Track action items from meetings, maintain clear task lists, timelines and reminders.
- Own follow‑ups with internal teams, partners and vendors, proactively flagging delays or gaps.
- Organise documents, communication threads and relevant information for easy access.
- Support meeting preparation, travel arrangements and logistics as required.
- Handle select personal scheduling and administrative tasks alongside business priorities.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, administrator or operations support professional.
- Excellent organisational and follow‑through abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and dependable.
- Ability to manage multiple threads without things slipping.
- Experience in luxury travel, hospitality or high‑end service is a plus, but not required.
