About the role
We are seeking a friendly and well‑organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide basic administrative support. The role involves being the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Manage front‑desk operations, including visitor entry logs.
- Maintain records, files, and basic documentation.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Handle courier services, email correspondence, and general office communications.
Required profile
- Graduate (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of a regional language is a plus.
- Presentable, punctual and well‑mannered.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Required skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email).
