Esports Instructor – Gaming Coach

About the role

Veyora, India’s leading esports training organization, is looking for a full‑time Instructor to join its Greater Delhi team. You will work directly with gamers of all skill levels, delivering personalized coaching sessions that boost in‑game performance and prepare players for competitive events.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement tailored training plans for individual and group sessions.
• Analyse gameplay footage, identify improvement areas, and provide actionable feedback.
• Prepare players for state and national tournaments through practice drills and strategy workshops.
• Maintain a positive, supportive learning environment that encourages growth.
• Collaborate with fellow coaches to continuously refine training methodologies.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of esports ecosystems and game mechanics.
• Experience coaching or mentoring players across beginner to advanced levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organisational skills for scheduling and managing training sessions.
• Passion for building a vibrant esports community.
