Faculty Development Program Trainer

About the role

We are seeking passionate freelance trainers based in or around Ahmedabad to deliver school‑based training programs. The role involves facilitating a range of workshops aimed at enhancing communication, life skills, public speaking, leadership, and student engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions for students, teachers, and school leaders.
• Facilitate workshops on communication skills, life skills & personality development, public speaking, leadership & team building, and experiential learning.
• Manage classroom dynamics and ensure an energetic, activity‑based delivery style.
• Collect session documentation such as photos, videos, and feedback for reporting.

Required profile

• Mandatory experience in school training projects.
• Preferable background with USAID, NGOs, education‑impact, or large‑scale school initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and classroom management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; Gujarati speakers are preferred.
