EB-5 Consultant – India Market (High Net Worth Investors)

About the role

We are expanding our 1,000 Families Initiative in India and need a well‑connected EB‑5 Consultant to act as the primary liaison for high‑net‑worth Indian investors, families of F‑1 students and H‑1B professionals seeking permanent U.S. residency. You will guide clients through our $800,000 TEA projects and showcase the benefits of our RCaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure high‑net‑worth Indian clients interested in U.S. immigration through investment.
• Host seminars and one‑on‑one consultations to explain the EB‑5 process, financial models and investment options.
• Assist clients in gathering financial documentation and ensure compliance with RBI LRS and TCS regulations.
• Present and pitch investment portfolios across real estate, healthcare and technology sectors.
• Develop a referral network with wealth managers, chartered accountants, family offices and immigration attorneys across India.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in investment immigration, private banking, wealth management or financial consulting in India.
• Deep knowledge of the Indian high‑net‑worth market and existing investor relationships.
• Familiarity with the U.S. EB‑5 Immigrant Investor Program (preferred).
• Professional fluency in English and Hindi with strong presentation abilities.
