Data Analyst – Reporting & Visualization

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Cabin and Chassis team within the TRATON group in Pune. The role focuses on optimizing, automating and expanding our reporting portfolio to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously optimize and automate reporting processes and develop reporting tools.
• Collaborate with headquarters in Germany and functional departments on reporting initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver assigned reports on time with high quality.
• Design and create management and operational reports using SAP Business Warehouse, Excel, Access, Power Query and visualization tools.
• Provide reporting expertise and consulting to business units, assessing their reporting needs.
• Define, align and develop interactive dashboards with SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI.
• Independently manage reporting projects or sub‑projects and participate in broader initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong IT affinity with extensive data analysis experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, flexible attitude.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Access and macro programming.
• Willingness to learn technical reporting aspects and business logic.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in reporting or finance environments.
