About the role
The Customer Service Representative will join our chat support team, providing written assistance to customers directly from our Jaipur office. This position offers a structured work schedule with rotational shifts and a clear compensation package.
Key responsibilities
- Provide chat‑based customer support and address inquiries promptly.
- Resolve customer issues through clear written communication.
- Follow the rotational shift schedule while maintaining service quality.
- Observe the defined weekly offs and a five‑day work week.
Required profile
- Willingness to work on‑site in Jaipur.
- Availability for rotational shifts.
- Ability to attend two interview rounds (HR and Operations).
