About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our international e‑commerce team in Jaipur. The role involves supporting customers throughout their purchase journey and ensuring a smooth experience. Fresh graduates with strong communication abilities are encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries related to the international e‑commerce process.
- Work rotational shifts as defined by the schedule (5 days a week, 2 rotating week offs).
- Maintain a customer‑centric approach to resolve issues promptly.
