About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our international e‑commerce team in Jaipur. The role operates on a rotational shift basis, with five working days per week and two rotating week‑offs. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the international e‑commerce process.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email or chat during assigned rotational shifts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving ability.
- Customer‑centric approach.
- Freshers with outstanding communication skills are welcome.
