About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our international e‑commerce team in Jaipur. The role operates on a rotational shift basis, with five working days per week and two rotating week‑offs. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist customers throughout the international e‑commerce process.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email or chat during assigned rotational shifts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Required profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability.
  • Customer‑centric approach.
  • Freshers with outstanding communication skills are welcome.
