Client Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Client Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between our international clients and internal teams. You will ensure client issues are resolved promptly and contribute to client growth and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Client Experience Associates to resolve account issues and improve call handling effectiveness.
• Respond to client queries (account updates, billing inquiries, complaints) via phone, email, and chat within defined time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Liaise between clients and internal teams such as Product Development and Billing to deliver timely solutions.
• Identify customer needs and proactively maintain a positive experience.
• Maintain strong, lasting, trustworthy relationships through open and interactive communication.
• Work with the team to monitor and improve KPIs related to client satisfaction, retention, and engagement.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience handling international clients, preferably US/CA/UK, via phone.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with clear, concise articulation.
• Growth mindset, ability to learn quickly, and enthusiasm for client service.
• Ability to stay calm, logical, and efficient under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
