About the role
Teleperformance is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its International Inbound Process as Customer Care Executives in Jaipur. This full‑time position involves handling customer interactions through both voice calls and chat channels.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and chat.
- Provide clear and accurate product information.
- Resolve escalations with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to meet shared performance goals.
Required profile
- Minimum education: 12th pass.
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts on a rotational schedule.
