Fulfillment Agent

About the role

Etraveli Group is seeking a Fulfillment Agent to support its global flight technology operations. You will work with a diverse team to ensure accurate ticketing and efficient use of GDS resources, contributing to a seamless travel experience for millions of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Review the history of Passenger Name Records (PNR) and itineraries.
• Cancel HX and unconfirmed segments to avoid GDS wastage and ADM charges.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve unconfirmed segments and issue tickets.
• Report abnormal activities or trends to maintain operational integrity.

Required profile

• Freshers or candidates without prior travel industry experience are welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work rotational 24/7 shifts, including nights.
• Undergraduate diploma or 10+2 qualification.
• Any prior travel‑industry experience or GDS knowledge is a plus.
