About the role
Saish Capital is seeking a full‑time Telemarketer to join its Mumbai office. You will interact with potential and existing clients via inbound calls, generate qualified leads, schedule appointments and promote the company’s financial solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and engage prospects to understand their financial needs.
- Provide clear information about Saish Capital’s loan, investment and planning services.
- Generate leads and book appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in accordance with company processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Experience in appointment scheduling and customer service.
- Proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
- Persistence, attention to detail and a goal‑oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with the finance or consulting sector is advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
