About the role

Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages (Kannada).
- Friendly, patient, and empathetic attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
