Costing / Billing Manager – Civil & Interior Fit‑Outs

About the role

Tharani Infra Private Limited is seeking an experienced Costing / Billing Manager to lead client and subcontractor billing for interior fit‑out projects. The role combines on‑site measurement coordination with rigorous commercial documentation to ensure timely and accurate revenue capture.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client RA bills using approved BOQ, site progress and measured quantities.
• Collect accurate measurements and billing data from site teams.
• Maintain measurement sheets and supporting billing documents.
• Track bill submission, certification, approval and payment status.
• Prepare and verify subcontractor bills against executed quantities and work orders.
• Identify, document and bill extra items, variations and additional works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and project teams for bill certification.
• Maintain billing trackers for submitted, certified, pending and paid amounts.
• Reconcile billed quantities with BOQ and actual site progress.
• Support final bill preparation and project account closure.

Required profile

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 7‑10+ years of billing experience, preferably in interior fit‑out or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of RA billing, measurements, BOQ, variations and subcontractor billing.
• Good understanding of civil and interior finishing works.
• Excellent documentation, follow‑up and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for billing trackers and measurement sheets.
