Coordinator, HR Operations

About the role

The Coordinator, HR Operations will support Talent Management for consulting staff within Bain Capability Network India. Working closely with senior HR specialists, you will ensure smooth execution of HR processes, data integrity, and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Execute routine HR operations transactions following defined processes.
• Maintain and update the HRMS (Workday) to ensure accurate, real‑time data aligned with global standards.
• Manage the complete employee off‑boarding process and ensure timely data updates.
• Assist in preparing standard payroll, leave, and benefits inputs.
• Coordinate medical insurance administration and annual renewals.
• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to track task progress and closures.
• Respond to employee queries using prescribed guidelines and escalate exceptions as needed.
• Generate standard reports and data extracts using approved templates.
• Maintain documentation for audits, compliance, and reconciliations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of HR experience (or 4+ years with a graduate degree).
• MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of HR fundamentals and talent‑management processes.
• High attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and integrity.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Hands‑on experience managing Workday HRMS.
• Familiarity with Tableau or similar data‑analysis tools (preferred).
