Consultant – Forensics Investigations & Compliance (Gurgaon)

About the role

EY Forensic & Integrity Services help organisations protect and restore their financial and brand reputation. As a Consultant in the National Forensics team, you will work on investigations, compliance programmes and risk‑detection projects for clients across industries, based in Gurgaon.

Key responsibilities

• Apply internal audit and forensic investigation methodologies to support compliance and risk detection.
• Analyze financial records, transaction patterns and operational data to identify anomalies and potential fraud indicators.
• Conduct forensic reviews, control assessments and investigative procedures within regulated environments.
• Use consulting frameworks to document findings, assess root causes and support remediation efforts.
• Ensure compliance requirements and investigative best practices are met to strengthen internal controls and reduce fraud risk.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification (CA) – fresher acceptable.
• Ability to work collaboratively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
