Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

About the role

You will be part of Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, helping determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. The role focuses on core FP&A processes such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse operational data to support financial outcome determination.
• Perform variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting to guide business decisions.
• Reconcile transactions and ensure data accuracy across reports.
• Solve moderately complex financial problems and develop new analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with senior management to align financial work with strategic direction.
• Manage small teams or work efforts as required, including potential rotational shift work.

Required profile

• 7–11 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience working with banking clients.
• Ability to understand and support senior management’s strategic direction.
