Civil Tender Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

URC Construction is seeking an experienced Civil Tender Manager to join its Tendering & Estimation team. The role involves managing end‑to‑end tender activities for large‑scale building and EPC projects, ensuring accurate cost estimates and competitive submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all civil tendering activities, including technical and commercial evaluation.
• Prepare BOQ, perform quantity take‑off, costing, estimation and rate analysis.
• Develop accurate and competitive project estimates and tender documents.
• Plan tender‑stage resources, identify vendors, and coordinate sub‑vendors/sub‑contractors.
• Prepare and review estimation reports, cost comparisons and bid submissions.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, consultants, vendors and subcontractors throughout the tender process.
• Follow up with vendors, evaluate quotations and conduct commercial comparisons.
• Negotiate, lead and manage the tendering team effectively.

Required profile

• 7–22 years of experience in civil tendering, preferably on large‑scale building/EPC projects.
• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Strong negotiation, coordination and leadership abilities.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
