Civil Engineer – Estimation & Project Execution

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Civil Engineer to support estimation, tendering, procurement coordination and execution of turnkey projects. The role involves preparing quantity take‑offs, budgets, BOQs and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary and final quantity take‑off (TOS) sheets from drawings and project requirements.
• Develop estimates, budgets and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) with technical specifications.
• Coordinate tender documents, conduct tender comparisons and perform rate analysis.
• Research materials, compare costs and support vendor negotiations.
• Liaise with vendors, consultants and internal teams for project needs.
• Work with structural, steel, green‑building and other consultants on design and implementation.
• Review and verify measurements, work‑done bills and vendor invoices for bill certification.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance for material procurement and project requirements.
• Support project scheduling, monitoring and progress tracking.
• Participate in turnkey project execution, including site visits, coordination and issue resolution.
• Provide practical implementation feedback to architects/consultants and ensure constructability.
• Prepare site visit reports, project documentation and management reports on progress.

Required profile

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive attitude.
• Strong coordination and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Prior experience in turnkey projects is preferred.
