Branch Relationship Manager – Growth (Officer)

About the role

The Branch Relationship Manager – Growth (Officer) will be responsible for building and expanding the asset under management (AUM) of a targeted client segment. The role focuses on acquiring high‑net‑worth clients and nurturing existing relationships to position DBS as their primary banking partner in India.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and grow clients with AUM of INR 1 million or more.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of DBS products and services through continuous learning.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints within agreed turnaround times.
• Collaborate with Consumer Banking Group (CBG) colleagues, service teams and product specialists to meet branch objectives.
• Work closely with the Line Manager and City/Cluster Head to achieve team and branch targets.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, AML/KYC regulations and operational risk standards.
• Conduct due diligence during client onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

Required profile

• Experience in banking or financial services relationship management.
• Proven ability to acquire and grow high‑value client portfolios.
• Strong understanding of banking products, AML/KYC requirements and risk management.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and deliver results.
