Bilingual Health & Public Services Consultant (Japanese)

About the role

Accenture is looking for a bilingual consultant to support its Health & Public Services practice in India. The role involves working with global clients on strategy, transformation and implementation projects, leveraging Japanese language skills and consulting expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Support small to medium‑size teams delivering management consulting projects for global health and public services clients.
• Develop commercial and go‑to‑market strategies, customer journeys and process‑improvement plans.
• Contribute to pursuit teams, prepare proposals and assist the global sales team in winning new opportunities.
• Conduct financial and quantitative analysis, build forecasting models and identify transformation opportunities.
• Lead presentations, engage stakeholders and drive change management initiatives.

Required profile

• 8–13 years of progressive consulting or business experience, preferably in digital or performance transformation.
• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 or N2 level.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree; MBA is a plus.
• Proven client‑facing experience on 3–4 engagements.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
