About the role
This full-time, on-site Barista position is based in Bengaluru. You will prepare high-quality coffee and food items, deliver excellent customer service, and keep the workspace clean and organized.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of coffee beverages and food items to company standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, taking and managing orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
- Engage with customers to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Required profile
- Strong barista and food-preparation abilities.
- Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role is a plus.
- Flexibility to work early shifts (from 6 am) and weekends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
