Assistant Officer – Personal Banker (Consumer Banking)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Officer to join our Consumer Banking Group as a Personal Banker. In this role you will support clients across a full range of banking products and help them achieve their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring client banking needs are met efficiently.
• Identify and address clients' financial requirements, offering tailored solutions and products.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the bank’s product offerings, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Participate in client acquisition and retention initiatives to grow the consumer banking portfolio.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
