About the role
The Bank Branch Manager will lead a team of seven professionals at HBL’s Hyderabad branch, overseeing all daily operations and driving business growth. This senior position requires a seasoned banking professional with strong leadership, sales, and risk‑management capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of seven staff members to ensure efficient branch operations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve deposit targets ranging from 900 million to 1 billion.
- Maintain high‑quality customer relationships, promptly addressing inquiries and issues.
- Implement risk‑management procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with other departments and branches to support cross‑functional initiatives.
- Oversee daily operations including cash management, account maintenance, and administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the banking industry.
- Proven leadership experience managing a team.
- Strong background in sales management and customer relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to control and mitigate risks.
