About the role
We are seeking a Director to lead our BFSI and FinTech practice, driving revenue growth and ensuring profitable project delivery. You will own existing key accounts, expand our client base, and shape our product offerings to meet market needs.
Key responsibilities
- Drive business development and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage existing key accounts, nurture relationships with senior BFSI and FinTech executives, and secure repeat business.
- Identify and acquire new clients through networking, marketing activities, cold calling and proposal development.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring high quality, client satisfaction and profitability.
- Lead and develop a delivery team of 20+ members, providing guidance, training and fostering a collaborative culture.
Required profile
- Proven experience in senior business development or client management roles within the BFSI or FinTech sectors.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profit targets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams and drive project execution.
- Excellent networking skills with senior industry executives.
