About the role
We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to lead procurement, compliance and administrative functions for our Mumbai office. The role is an individual contributor position that requires hands‑on ownership and coordination with internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, including vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiations and purchase order creation.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships, monitor performance and ensure contractual compliance.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.
- Prepare and maintain procurement, compliance documentation and reports.
- Oversee day‑to‑day office administration, facility management, supplies and asset tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers for office‑related needs and support events and meetings.
Required profile
- Proven experience in procurement and compliance functions.
- Experience working as an individual contributor is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
