About the role
EY is seeking an Assistant Manager to join its Talent Attraction & Acquisition team in Gurgaon. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end recruitment services and supporting HR operations across the firm.
Key responsibilities
- Manage talent attraction and acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening and full‑cycle recruitment.
- Coordinate hiring workflows with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of talent.
- Analyze recruitment requirements and align sourcing strategies with role specifications and workforce needs.
- Utilise HR and recruitment systems to track candidate pipelines, hiring progress and recruitment metrics.
- Apply general consulting skills to support structured problem‑solving and process‑oriented HR operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Administration.
- Post‑Graduate Diploma in Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HR and recruitment systems (generic).
