About the role

EY is seeking an Assistant Manager to join its Talent Attraction & Acquisition team in Gurgaon. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end recruitment services and supporting HR operations across the firm.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage talent attraction and acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening and full‑cycle recruitment.
  • Coordinate hiring workflows with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of talent.
  • Analyze recruitment requirements and align sourcing strategies with role specifications and workforce needs.
  • Utilise HR and recruitment systems to track candidate pipelines, hiring progress and recruitment metrics.
  • Apply general consulting skills to support structured problem‑solving and process‑oriented HR operations.

Required profile

  • Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Administration.
  • Post‑Graduate Diploma in Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with HR and recruitment systems (generic).
